At African American Expressions, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
